It runs on all versions of Windows (32-bit as well as 64-bit).Ī master password is required to access any files, which can be a little limiting if you'd prefer to have different passwords for different files, not least if you're looking to share some of them with family and/or friends. Secure IT 2000 offers file and folder encryption, compression and file shredding all in one with command line processing and secure emails. This means that it may take a little longer than some other programs, but it does mean your files are potentially more manageable after. ![]() ![]() Secure IT from Cypherix is a file encryption program that also compresses your files. Read our full AxCrypt encryption tool review. There is a free version but it's very limited and perhaps best thought of as a way to trial the software and help become used to the interface and basic functions. As well as this, there’s passport management, and you can access your encrypted files through a smartphone app. There are also cloud storage capabilities thrown into the mix – the software will automatically protect files saved on services such as Google Drive and Dropbox.ĪxCrypt is fully multilingual, and it can work with languages such as Dutch, French, German, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Swedish, Russian and Portuguese – with more support planned for the future. It provides strong security, with files protected by either 128-bit or 256-bit AES encryption, which should thwart any intruders. The software has been designed specifically for individuals and small teams within businesses. While free software can be convenient for some, it’s not always as powerful as premium offerings, and AxCrypt is a good bet if you want something reliable. This is great because OneDrive works really well as a small business and personal cloud storage solution, so the ability to encrypt files is a great bonus.Īdditionally, OneDrive is an excellent choice for anyone who is committed to using Microsoft's services, as it offers neat integration with, the company's popular email platform, for instance. Manager David ‘Lofty’ Lockhart said of the incident the following day (April 26): "Wilko's fine, he was just feeling a bit under the weather. The set ended with a rousing - and surprisingly tender - version of the Chuck Berry classic 'Johnny B Goode'. "Aw, that's a good idea," Johnson replied, before kicking into another track. "We'll catch you!" shouted a member of the crowd. No, I've been falling over and crying more often recently. "I don't know what it is, terminal cancer maybe. "Sorry about earlier," he told the audience. Later in the performance, in a rare between-songs comment, he spoke about the incident. Bassist Norman Watt-Roy played with maximum intensity at The Junction Picture: Mike Scialom Many suspected the concert was over but, without announcement, Johnson returned ten minutes later with his band - bassist Norman Watt-Roy and drummer Dylan Howe - launched into another bulldozing rhythm'n'blues song, and played out the set with no further incident. ![]() The full house of 800 people went quiet as he was escorted backstage. Mid-way through the set he walked to the side of the stage, said something to a roadie, then appeared to lose his balance before landing uncomfortably off-stage. The concert got under way without mishap, though Johnson said that he had to "keep up the blood-sugar levels" when he drank from a bottle of water between songs. On this occasion, however, the plot took a worrying turn. Not for nothing has he proved hugely watchable as the chiller-killer executioner in Game of Thrones. Wilko's remains a unique stage presence: he has perfected the economic and intensely rhythmic chop-chord technique he first started out with, and stomps around the stage dressed all in black with a 'don't mess with me' scowl. Playing as a trio with bassist Norman Watt-Roy - previously in Ian Dury's Blockheads - and drummer Dylan Howe, the band has a solid reputation for delivering no-nonsense R'n'B. He then went on a round-the-world goodbye tour before being given an 11-hour operation at Addenbrooke's Hospital which completely removed the 3kg tumour - of which Wilko said: "How lucky can you get?" Having subsequently been given the all-clear, he has enjoyed a rousing return to the live arena recently, including a number one album with Roger Daltrey and playing a sold-out show at The Royal Albert Hall to mark his 70th birthday. But the musician hit the headlines in 2013 when he was diagnosed as suffering from terminal cancer. ![]() It would hardly have been on his radar as a Canvey Island native whose first band, Dr Feelgood, wooed the nation with some seminal rhythm'n'blues which produced the classic ' Milk and Alcohol' in 1978. Wilko Johnson is of course no stranger to this town. Wilko Johnson, the famed Dr Feelgood manic guitarist who plays the executioner knight Ser Ilyn Payne in Game of Thrones, completed a concert at The Junction last night despite a mid-set mishap which saw him leave the stage for 15 minutes to regroup following a tumble.īy turns life-affirming and poignant, the evening opened with a Glenn Tilbrook set on voice and electric guitar.Īs one of the great English songwriters with Squeeze (Jools Holland was the piano player for a while) it became obvious, when the natural melodic grace of the music and the lyrical stories took hold, that Glenn Tilbrook is long overdue a reappraisal of the 'national treasure' variety but, without a band, the lyrics and even the melodies were in danger of being drowned out as the audience checked. So if you hover, we can scale the camera by being on that top left hand corner, but if you hover just off of that, I can actually change rotation on that key frame as well. A couple other things that you can do, you can actually also add a camera rotation. It's so smooth! That's what you're gonna be looking for, so that's what you're gonna want to use your ease in and ease out of your key frames. Look how beautifully smooth that is both beginning and ending. All right, so let's take a look at how that camera move looks. Notice it just stops, like someone hits the camera. Let's move this camera key frame over here. ![]() Notice how beautiful that ramps up, but it still stops instantly. What I'm probably gonna want to do is I'm gonna ease into the motion over about eight frames. Here's what we want to do, as long as I'm in this scene, and I have my camera icon selected, under Tool Properties, right under my Key Frames, you'll see Ease In and Ease Out. So, in from still to motion, out from motion to still. Ease out means easing it out of the motion. Ease in means easing the camera into a motion. So what we need to do there is do what's called an ease in and ease out. You never want your camera to jump into full speed if you've already seen no motion at all. That's great! However, if we jump into this shot and, I'm gonna move the camera so the camera doesn't start moving until part way in the shot, it jerks into the motion. For instance, on this shot right here, as we cut into it, the camera is already moving. If your shot already starts with the camera move, you want the camera to instantly be moving at full speed. ![]() So go ahead and open up Project 10_02, and let's take a look at it. Images often have a foreground, middle ground and background layer.- So now you've set your key frames for a camera move, but you want to refine that move. It helps to establish a sense of location, while also adding an element of depth to your images. Layering is the process of setting up subjects within different layers of a frame. The image on the left shows a long shot, with the image on the right showing a close-up. Too much of the same thing will quickly become dull and repetitive. Don’t upstage your characterĪdding in staging elements and color helps convey the mood you're after, but shouldn’t distract from the story.
